Composite sheet product consisting of a pressed lignocellulose composition, which comprises particles containing lignocellulose and from approximately 1.5 to 12, preferably from 2.5 to 6.5% by weight, based on oven- dried particles, of a binder, which is a mixture of from approximately 20 to 95, preferably 50 to 75% by weight of an organic di- or polyisocyanate, and from approximately 5 to 80, preferably 50 to 25% by weight of a liquid alkylene carbonate. These products have a significantly lower isocyanate binder content, whilst the physical characteristics remain the same or are improved.
