PURPOSE:To restrain the discharge of detrimental gas to control the supply amount of fuel, appropriately, by providing a discriminating means for discriminating whether the speed signals and downstream intake-air pressure signals are within an allowable range of exhaust gas circulation, or not. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a first detecting means 2 for detecting the rotational speed of an internal-combustion engine 1 and a second detecting means 3 for detecting the pressure of downstream intake-air. When a discriminating means 5 judges that the output values of the above-mentioned both detecting means 2, 3 are within an allowable circulation range, an output means 4 issues a circulation output signal. A first valve means 1f controls the circulating amount of exhaust gas, and as well as second valve means 1h carries out fuel supply. With this arrangement the emission of detrimental gas may be restrained, and the output of the engine is maintained appropriately. |
