PURPOSE:To complete accurately the batch operation by obtaining the interval between the integrated value and the reference integrated value of the controlled quantity to be measured for the prescribed period and comparing the difference between the previous integrated value and the value which is obtained by multiplying and changed quantity of present integrated value of a prescribed factor. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 141 reads the integrated value measured by an integrating flowmeter 16 through an interface IF 15 for the prescribed period, and obtains the interval DELTAn with a reference integrated value S to substract a correcting value XL, from the reading integrated value and the setting value SV stored at a memory 143. Further, the value two times as much as the changed quantity DELTASM to substract the previous measured and integrated value from the present measured and integrated value, and the interval DELTAn are compared, and at the time of 2DELTASM<DELTAn, the opening of a valve 12 is kept as it is and the raw material is poured. At the time of 2DELTASM>=DELTAn, 3/2DELTASM and DELTAn are compared, and at the time of 3/2DELTASM<DELTAn, the batch process operation is completed at further two processing periods, and the valve 12 is closed. At the time of 3/2DELTASM>=DELTAn, the batch process operation is completed at one processing period. |
