PURPOSE:To prevent the decrease in the output of a laser and the variation in the output mode of the laser by providing a pair of spherical bearings and a pair of roller bearings at both ends of two guide bars, and constructing the other remaining guide bars in a state irrespective of a housing. CONSTITUTION:The twisted distortion of a housing 1 due to internal operating gas pressure is absorbed by spherical bearings 14 mounted at guide bars 8a. On the other hand, variations in expansion due to temperature changes of the housing 1 and holding plates 10 are absorbed by roller bearings 11 mounted at guide bars 8b. Since the weights of laser oscillators 3 and a pair of the plates 10 are held by a pair of roller bearings 11 and a pair of spherical bearings 14, the plates 10 supported by three guide bars 8a-8c do not even slightly move even if the housing 1 is varied such as a deformation, thereby always holding the constant positional relationship of the laser resonators 3. |
