When a beltband-sensitive mass disc is present on the control disc of a ratchet blocking device, there is the risk that, as a result of the extremely high angular acceleration during the tightening operation, the forces emanating from the mass disc will destroy the following parts of the ratchet blocking mechanism. To prevent this, a coupling element is provided between the control disc and mass disc, in such a way that, when a predetermined tightening acceleration is exceeded, the mass disc can be rotated relative to the control disc, thereby overcoming the coupling force. <IMAGE>
