PURPOSE:To decrease the retreival time and to improve the accuracy by providing a fault corresponding information file registering fault corresponding information while being corresponded to plural fault classification codes and a means reading and displaying all the fault corresponding information inputted while being corresponded to the plural fault classification codes from the fault corresponding information file. CONSTITUTION:Plural sets of fault retrieval information and plural fault corresponding information are registered in the fault corresponding information file 2. The operator inputs one or plural fault classification codes estimated to be related to a fault when it takes place from an input/output device 4. When a processor 1a receives the inputted fault classification code from an input/output interface section 3, the processor 1a retrieves all the fault retrieval information in the fault corresponding information file 2 according to the prescribed program stored in a main memory device 1b, reads all the fault corresponding information including even one inputted fault classification code and displays the result to the input/output device via the input/output interface section 3. |
