PURPOSE:To concentrate attention on driving thus to improve safety by forming the window section to be provided at the lower side of cabin of large car such as truck with photoelectric elements while making the light permeability variable thereby blocking view when not required. CONSTITUTION:An opening of proper shape and size is made below the left door 1 of truck to provide a see-through window 7 at the opening. Here, photo-electric elements such as electro chlomic (EC) element 10 is employed in place of transparent glass. EC element 10 is formed by sequentially laminating transparent electrodes (nesa film) 12a, 12b having surface resistance of 40OMEGA/cm<2> and light permeability higher than 90%, and EC layers 14, 15 which will change the color reversibly upon power supply to the inside of transparent glasses 11a, 11b at the opposite sides than a transparent electrolyte 16 is encapsulated between EC layers 14, 15. Then a controller is connected to the nesa films 12a, 12b to make variable the light permeability of see-through window 7. |
