MEASURING APPARATUS OF TEMPERATURE DISTRIBUTION OF INFRARED-RAYS

PURPOSE:To enlarge a scanning range of infrared-rays by fitting a scanning head part having two built-in scanning mirrors to a detection main body part having a built-in liquid-cooling detector so that said scanning head may be capable of turning with the optical axis of reflected ray from the second scanning mirror as the rotative central axis. CONSTITUTION:A rotative scanning head part 1' is constituted by incorporating a vertical and horizontal scanning mirrors M1, M2 or the like in the inside of a cylindrical vessel 1'' wherein a light receiving window W' introducing infrared- rays R is fitted to the side. The head part 1' is fitted to a detection main body part 2' so that said part 1' may be capable of turning with the optical axis of reflected ray R' from the mirror M2 as the rotative central axis. By said method, the range of infrared-rays R introduced from the window W' can be increased substantially in a vertical direction.
