PURPOSE:To miniaturize a local anesthetic sensor by utilizing a specified dinbenzo crown 24-8 derivative for sensing film of an ion sensor. CONSTITUTION:A film of hydrophobic polymer contg. dibenzo crown 24-8 derivative expressed by the formula is utilized as sensing film of an ion sensor. The sensing film for local anesthetic is obtd. by dissolving a crown compd., a polymer substance, and, if necessary, plasticizer in a solvent, casting the soln. on a glass plate, etc., or by using a prepolymer or monomer in place of polymer and polymerizing after casting.
