A panel (11) of thin and flexible material covers a container opening, with a marginal part (12) attachable to the edge. A sealing area (22) has a fold, being exposed to the internal region of the package. The seal area at least partly consists of the flexible material and has a sealing strength lower than that of the marginal part to be attached. The closure pref. comprises an end piece for a sleeve form container, with a field (13) with radially inner and outer rims extending around the panel. The radially outer rim of the fold is integral with a lip of the margin of the closure attachable to the casing. |
