PURPOSE:To form the protective layer in one step, to reduce the friction coefficient between a sheet and a positioning member, and to facilitate an accurate charge by screen-printing a radiation polymerizing composition around a central circular hole of a flexible magnetic disk, irradiating a radiation, and curing said composition. CONSTITUTION:A radiation-polymerizing composition such as methyl acrylate and an UV ink is screen-printed by a screen plate 12 around the central circular hole 2a of a flexible magnetic sheet 15, and irradiated with a radiation to form a protective layer 17. The inner diameter D1 of the printed protective layer 17 is made larger than the diameter d1 of the central circular hole to prevent the oozing out of the printing ink to the central circular hole 2a, and the outer diameter D2 of the print is made larger than the central diameter of a jacket. By this method, the protective layer 17 is formed in one step, and the friction coefficient between the sheet 15 and a positioning member is reduced, and an accurate charge is facilitated. |
