PURPOSE:To enhance precision by furnishing a filter, which is to absorb lubricating oil in the air exhausted from the hole in spindle head, at the hole and an oil receipt cover below said filter, thereby smoothing the grinding work, and by preventing wear, slip-off, heat emission of the grinder element. CONSTITUTION:The exhausted air from a hole 2 in spindle head 1 passes through a filter 8 and is released out from a release hole 7 in a cover 4. Here the lubricating oil contained in this exhausted air is absorbed by said filter 8, goes down inside it, and is received by an oil receipt cover 9. Accordingly the air released out of said release hole 7 in cover 4 has got rid of the lubricating oil to contribute to avoiding any accident likely to occur owing to exhaust of air containing lubricating oil. Further, an oil receptacle 10 is furnished below the release hole 7, which provides perfect prevention of possible hazard caused by the lubricating oil released out of the hole 7. Thus the grinder element can perform smooth grinding works, wherein wear and slip-off of the element is reduced, accuracy enhanced, grinding time shortened, and cleaning of machine and work facilitated. |
