PURPOSE:To minimize a magnetic resistance of a magnetic flux circuit when combining an upper iron core joint iron after inserting windings in an iron core leg by incorporating an upper iron core after compressing the windings by fastening members over a magnetic shield. CONSTITUTION:After windings 6 and 7 are inserted in an iron core leg 1 with being hung, fastening members 16 are linked with both ends of a winding compressing member 15 on the upper so as to fasten the windings 6 and 7 in an axis direction. After that, an upper iron core joint iron 2 is fastened by a fastening fitment 4. Under this condition, leads of the windings 6 and 7 are connected and fixed, and then the contents of a transformer is dried to remove water content. The contents of the transformer inserted in a low-humidity chamber is applied to fastening pressure for the windings again and is substituted under pressure by a winding stopper bolt. The windings 6 and 7 substituted, under pressure remain being fastened by the prederermined pressure even if the members 16 are removed and the contents is completed. Consequently, an air gap produced between a magnetic shield 8 and the joint iron 2 is compressed and a magnetic resistance between the magnetic shield 8 and the joint iron 2 is reduced. |
