PURPOSE:To economically build a rib wider than a dock, by a method wherein, columns having floating body at one side are temporarily fastened at a location a little to an inner side of a lower part of a deck, the structure is launched, and after the columns are slid on the surface of the water to the outside, they are secured to the deck. CONSTITUTION:Columns 2a and a floating body 3a at one side are mounted and secured to a lower part of a deck 1 in a dock 4, and columns 2b and a floating body 3b at the other side positioned a little to the inner side from a position where it is finally fixed to the lower part of the deck 1, are temporarily secured. After a rig is then launched, the columns 2b and the floating body 3b are slided on the surface of the water along the lower surface of the deck 1 in the direction of the outside in the direction of the width of the deck 1, and is positioned in a regular location to secure it thereto. |
