CONSTITUTION:The heat source 6 is operated under a comparatively large input as shown by a notation b1 and the temperature in the upper water tube 2 increases comparatively quickly, thereafter, the temperature increase is shifted to comparatively slow increase. Subsequently, when hot-water in a bathtub 4 arrives at the height of the upper water tube 2 or a time A, an element 7 detects the temperature 85 deg.C at the time A, thereafter, a proportional valve 8 is choked gradually by an output signal in accordance with the temperature increase at every temperature increases and the input is decreased gradually as shown by the notation b2.
