PURPOSE:To permit to control the operation of operating medium by the change of ambient temperature by sealing a float whose buoyancy is changed by the change of temperature. CONSTITUTION:The float, whose buoyancy is changed by the change of temperature, is sealed into a casing of rigid body or the like. In a condition that the float 3, floating in the liquid phase part 2 of the operating medium, is floating at the interface between gas and liquid by the temperature decrease of the liquid, the float precludes the evaporation of the operating medium remarkably and bothers the circulating of it. On the other hand, in the condition that the temperature of the liquid is increased and the float is sunken, the float does not bother the evaporating and condensation of the liquid at the intervace but also effects the function like a boiling stone when it is below the heat pipe and promotes the evaporating rather thereby improving the transfer of heat. The float 3 like a bellows 4, whose volume is changed by a pressure, is utilized in a place whereat the change of temperature, which becomes the object of control, is small or a place whereat a response of good sensitivity is requested. |
