PURPOSE:To improve the utilizing efficiency of a line by limiting a maximum message length of a message to be transmitted in response to a traffic. CONSTITUTION:When a call is fed to an incoming trunk ICT and an identification code of a storage request call is included in number information, the response is returned to the preceding position from a signal receiver SIGR to store a message from a caller to a main memory MM. When the storage of message is finished by the end of call, the length of message is discrimianted by a central processing unit CC and stored together with nmber information. When the central processin unit CC measure a traffic and detects that it goes to a prescribed value or below, the transfer of the stored call is started. The message length to be transferred is limited by the traffic value in this case, the stored call is selected and the message is transmitted. |
