PURPOSE:To obtain desired magnetic characteristics, reduce eddy-current loss and increase magnetic flux by arranging in duplex shape for magnetic core of plural amorphous magnetic alloys different in initial permeability, residual magnetic flux density and magnetic flux density in a definite magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:The outer diameter, the inner diameter or the thickness of a magnetic core 1 for line filter is made D1, D2 or L respectively. Under the conditions of the first heat treatment, a signal construction magnetic core 1a for line filter made of amorphous magnetic alloy formed in definite dimensions is obtained. The outer diameter, the inner diameter or the thickness of a blank 2 for magnetic core of amorphous alloy obtained under the conditions of the first treatment is made D1, D2 or L/2 respectively and the outer diameter, the inner diameter or the thickness of a blank 3 for magnetic core of amorphous magnetic alloy obtained under the same conditions of the first heat treatment or under the conditions of the second heat treatment different from the first heat treatment is made D1, D2 or L/2 respectively. The blanks 2, 3 for magnetic core are arranged in duplex to form the magnetic core 1 for line filter. |
