PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform a chemical analysis method enhanced in treatment capacity although a reaction process can be observed for a long time, by transferring a reaction container line over a distance corresponding to a plurality of containers and transferring said container line to the opposite direction over a distance shorter than that corresponding to a plurality of the containers while obtaining the light measuring data of plural liquids with the transfer thereof by a spectrometer. CONSTITUTION:When a sample cup 31 having a specimen, for example, serum stored therein is supplied to a suction position 34 by a supply apparatus 30, the leading end of the nozzle of a pipetter 32 is immersed in the cup 31 and a constant amount of serum is held in the nozzle 33. Thereafter, the nozzle 33 is moved to an emitting position 21 and serum held in a reaction container 23 transferred to the emitting position 21 is emitted. If the reaction container 23 having the specimen stored therein reaches a reaction start point 20, a reactive reagent is added from a nozzle 41 by a dispenser 40 during the stop period of the reaction container 23. When the addition of this reagent is finished, the reaction container line 22 is intermittently or continuously moved to a forward direction by a drive mechanism 11. During this transfer, the absorbancy of the content in each container is measured by a spectrometer 1 and data is displayed by a display part 7. |
