PURPOSE:To transfer a data at a high speed between each bus by connecting a circuit for applying a positive feedback between each bus, only in a period in which a bus transistor for connecting buses is on. CONSTITUTION:When a bus transistor (TR)518 is turned on, a bus 1 and 3 are connected, and when an H level is transferred on the bus, TRs 522, 524 are also turned on, but TRs 523, 525 are inverted by invertors 526, 527 and become off, and the bus holds the H level. Subsequently, when an L level is transferred, the bus 1 starts to be varied to the L level from the H level, and a charge on the bus 3 is discharged through the TR518 until it becomes a threshold level of the invertor 527, but when it drops to the threshold level, the gate of the TR525 becomes the H level, and the charge on the bus 3 is discharged through the TRs 524, 525. Also, when a value of the bus 3 drops to a threshold level of the invertor 526, the TR523 is also turned on, and a charge on the bus 1 is discharged through the TRs 522, 523. In this way, the charge on the buses 1, 3 is discharged quickly, and a data can be transferred at a high speed between the buses. |
