PURPOSE:To shorten the time necessary for the setting of a standard time by adding the function of a standard value generating circuit to the operation of a counting circuit. CONSTITUTION:The standard value generating circuit 5 outputs a set signal, which is sent to a controlled system 2 through the counting circuit 1. The controlled system 2 sends a corresponding output to a comparative decision circuit 3, which decides on whether the output is larger than a refernece value or not and sends the result to a pulse generating circuit 4. This pulse generating circuit 4 sends a count-up or -down pulse to the standard value generating circuit 5 according to the decision result, and when the reference value is equal to the output of the controlled system 2, the comparative decision circuit 3 sends a coincidence signal to the standard value generating circuit 5. The circuit 5 sends the set signal to the counting circuit 1 until the coincidence signal is obtained to vary the reference value continuously and also stops the variation on receiving the coincidence signal. This operation is carried out repeatedly in sequence from the largest weight and the counting circuit 1 is put in normal operation when the output of the controlled system 2 becomes equal to the reference value. |
