PURPOSE:To process a picture at high speed by inputting original picture information sent out of a picture information processing device to an airthmetic processing system, storing it in the first memory, also executing its arithmetic processing, storing it in the second memory, and reducing or magnifying it as soon as it is stored. CONSTITUTION:An original picture data obtained by a picture reader R is inputted to a direct memory access controlling circuit (DMAC) through an interface circuit RIF of an arithmetic processing system A, and a bus BUS in accordance with an instruction of a microprocessor MPU. Subsequently, in accordance with the indication of the MPU, the original picture data is stored in a main memory MM, also inputted to a circuit BMP for executing a magnifying or reducing calculation of a picture data of a display controlling circuit CRTC, and a picture of a desired size is displayed on a display part CRT. In this way, a picture processing of a high speed can be realized. |
