PURPOSE:To obtain the titled apparatus capable of knowing abnormality and the degree thereof, by measuring the reflected spectrum of a visible part by mounting a transmission part comprising an image fiber, each image forming optical system and an operation processing part for analyzing a spectrum obtained by a spectrometer. CONSTITUTION:Illumination light issued from a white light source 1 is guided to the light guide of a transmission part 2 and emitted from the leading end of the transmission part 2. The image of matter is formed to the leading end of the image fiber 6 of the transmission part 2 through an image pickup part 5 and guided to the base end of the fiber 6 through this fiber 6 and formed to a TV camera through an image receiving part 7. On the other hand, the reflected light from the matter 4 is guided to a spectrometer 10 through the spectroscopic fiber 18 of the transmission part 2 and the obtained reflected spectrum of the matter is analyzed according to the indication from a control part 11 in an operation processing part 12. The image of the matter obtained from the TV camera 8 and the spectroscopic analysis result of the matter obtained in the operation processing part 12 are displayed according to the indication from the control part 11 by a monitor TV13. |
