This invention refers to the tips of hair's cutting method and apparatus. The blade device(2) which is moved with going and coming, has an abrasive sandpaper at both sides of an inclined principal face(6) with an acute angle. This apparatus has a number of an annular rotational blades(4). The cut tips of hair are ground by the movement of the blade device(2) like a natural hair tip.
