PURPOSE:To remove an error without stopping a device by writing data transferred by the 1st selecting means in an optional storage element and inverting data read out of the storage element. CONSTITUTION:If an error is detected in data written in an optional address of a storage part 1, the error is reported to a control circuit 16 to perform such control that a multiplexer 14 selects write data, which is written. If an error is detected by a check circuit 17 in data read out of the storage part 11, the control circuit 16 performs control so that the multiplexer 14 selects and writes data transferred through an inverter circuit 12. Thus, the write data and data transferred through the inverter circuit 12 are written alternately to remove an error by the 2nd writing operation. |
