PURPOSE:To prevent bleeding by using a resin having polar groups and causing plastic deformation under a prescribed pressure. CONSTITUTION:In order to provide pressure fixability to a resin having polar groups, the resin is required to cause plastic deformation under 3-300kg/cm<2> pressure. Oxidized or emulsified polyethylene wax, polyamide wax or ethylene ethyl acrylate is used as a pressure fixable resin having polar groups. The resin is added by 15-60pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. toner. One or more kinds of dyes selected among basic dyes, disperse dyes and fatty dyes are used as a sublimable dye, and the sublimable dye is added by 2-30pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. toner. When a magnetic toner is manufactured by using the sublimable dye together with the pressure fixable resin having polar groups, bleeding can be prevented because the spontaneous evaporation of the sublimable dye is inhibited. |
