PURPOSE:To obtain the titled molding with a beautiful matted surface without using a CaCO3 filler by a method wherein a soft vinyl chloride composition, a metal foil and a synthetic resin are laminated sequentially from the surface to be molded integral and the surface of the composition is quenched. CONSTITUTION:First, an adhesion is applied on both sides of a metal foil 1, then, a soft vinyl chloride resin composition 3 (thereafter called VC composition) heated is laminated on the surface section of the metal foil 1 and a synthetic resin 4 heated on the back section thereof to be molded integral with an extrusion molding equipment 9. Then, the surface of the VC composition 3 of the resin molding 2 thus obtained is quenched by a method such as blowing air against it from a quenching unit 12 to obtain the desired molding. The VC composition herein used is such as that with the viscosity average polymerization degree of 700-1,400, preferably in a better moldability. EFFECT:This provides an excellent impact resistance while enabling a lighter weight. |
