PURPOSE:To intensify printing power with sufficient printing thickness, less electrical loss and higher printing speed by composing plural numbers of piezo- electrical elements in layers in the direction of their thickness to simultaneously impart voltage to each piezo-electrical element. CONSTITUTION:Printer head 1 of a printer is consisting of an arm 1a and a printer head 1b. Said printer head 1 is composed by more than two pieces of piezo-electrical elements 5s in layers in the direction of their thickness to be able to simultaneously impart voltage to each piezo-electrical element. The arm 1a consists of the layers of piezo-electrical elements 5 and 6 and its surface is coated with electrode layers 7 and 8 such as chromium plating with the exception of one end and the intermediate electrode plates 9 and 10 for each piezo-electrical elements are provided to simultaneously receive voltage. Printing is done on paper 3 on the platen 4 by the printer head 1b through the medium of a ribbon 2. |
