PURPOSE:To permit to install and use the ceiling suspension type air-conditioning machine as the floor type machine by a method wherein a dew receiver for floor type, provided with notched sections for passing air discharged from a fan, is installed on a partitioning plate and a mounting hole for attaching the bottom plate for floor type is provided on a rear plate. CONSTITUTION:An air shielding member 14, attached to the dew receiver 8 for the ceiling suspension type air-conditioning machine, is removed and a connecting pipe 13 is cut to remove it, whereby the floor type dew receiver 17 becomes possible to be attached. The floor type dew receiver 17 is provided with the notched sections 17a, having the width substantially equal to the same of the blow-off port of the fan 4, so as to pass air through them 17a and the part except the notched sections 17 is functioned for the dew receiver at the maximum, therefore, water, dropped from a heat exchanger 7, may be received surely. The rear plate 2 is provided with the mounting holes for attaching the floor type bottom plate 18, therefore, the same plate 18 may be attached simply. |
