PURPOSE:To grasp the determinacy of an operation guide accurately at a high speed by selecting determinacy for the trend of an important throughout in case of fault occurrence, and displaying its estimated simulation result. CONSTITUTION:A plant fault diagnosis part 2 identifies the cause of abnormality of plant data 1 and determined an operation guide, etc. Its information is displayed on a display part 16 through a message processor 3. An important throughput determination part 5 determines a throughput in the fault occurrence etc., together with priority. A manipulated variable determination part 11 decides on an optimum manipulated variable curve from the data 1 and the time variation rate of the important throughput passed through a time variation determination part 9 and its file 10. Those are inputted to an estimated simulation part 12, whose arithmetic result is passed through its file 13, and a trend collection part 14 and its file 15 to display actual process trends 6 and 7 and process trends of estimated simulation results on a display part 17. |
