PURPOSE:To effect 100 deg.C boiling surely without requesting an expensive temperature sensitive element and accompanying the defect of electric power wasting by equipping a timer and the temperature sensitive element for starting the timer. CONSTITUTION:When the hot-water temperature has arrived at 90 deg.C, the temperature sensitive element 4 is put OFF, the condition of a temprature keeping heater 3 is intercepted and when the hot-water temperature increases to 95 deg.C, the temperature sensitive element 10 is put OFF and the switching contact 11 thereof is switched to the side of the timer 9. When the switching operation is effected, the timer 9 begins its operation, the contact 12 is put ON and the conduction of a water heating heater 5 is effected through the contact 12. Then, the timer 9 operates for a time preset by a knob 9A (three minutes in case the amount of water is 1.8l, for example) and stops after boiling the water at 100 deg.C, thereafter, the contact 12 is put OFF and the conduction of the water heating heater 5 is intercepted. |
