PURPOSE:To permit to promote to make the whole of the building a constant temperature keeping body particularly, develope the benefit of outdoor side insulating system sufficiently, effect an ideal air-conditioning and obtain a remarkable energy saving effect by improving the structure of circulating air flow path and utilizing possitively the constant temperature keeping proterty of substerranean heat and underground water. CONSTITUTION:Used air a5, discharged out of the outlet port of an air sending duct in respective floors, is sent into stair cases 25 of respective floors. The stair cases 25, communicating respective floors linearly, is utilized as the returning duct of the used air which is provided at the opposite side of air supplying duct 21 for each room, whereby the manufacture and mounting of separate independent air returning duct is made unnecessary and the charge of installation is reduced. The inlet 16' of the duct 18d at the rear side of the uppermost ceiling is opened at the stair case 25 and the outlet 17' thereof is opened at the upper end of the returning duct 26 provided in the neighborhood of the air supplying duct 21 while the lower end of the air returning duct is connected to the suction port of a heat exchanger 15 through a connecting pipe 27. |
