PURPOSE:To obtain a highly reliable energization head with a high resolution easily by a method wherein a groove is formed on the surface of an electrically insulating flate plate by scratching a metal layer is attached thereto by sputtering or plating and then, metal alone is left therein by a grinding. CONSTITUTION:An electrode-shaped groove is formed on the surface of an electrically insulating flat plate (preferably, a sintered body containing 20% or more of hexagonal boron nitride) 21 by scratching and metal is attached to the surface thereof as metal layer 22 by sputtering or plating. Then, any metal is ground away leaving the metal alone therein. |
