PURPOSE:To reduce shock and NOx upon change of running state, by making rich the air/fuel ratio of specific cylinder under specific operating region while making the firing energy of said specific cylinder lower than that of other cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Under operation of engine, output signals from crank angle sensor 11 and manifold pressure sensor 13 are fed to a control unit 20 to determine the basic injection on the basis of said signals while correct said basic injection in accordance to other operating condition. Here, the manifold pressure Pm is compared with two referential levels Pm1, Pm2 (Pm1<Pm2), and if Pm<Pm1, the air/fuel ratio of all cylinders are made lean. While when Pm2>Pm>Pm1, the air/ fuel ratio of cylinders 2a, 2d and 2b, 2c is made rich and lean respectively and when Pm>Pm2, the air/fuel ratio of all cylinders 2a-2d are made lean. For such cylinder as having more rich air/fuel ratio, firing energy is reduced. |
