PURPOSE:To provide a soya milk for retorting or chilling use, containing a specific amount of rutin, free from soybean smell, takable easily, and having high appraisal as a health food, by a simple process. CONSTITUTION:The objective soya milk is prepared by mixing (A) a soya milk obtained by crushing soaked whole soybean, heating for a short time, and pressing the product, with (B) 0.1-3.0wt% rutin. |
