NEW MATERIAL:A compound having amino acid arrangement shown by one of formula I - formula VII. USE:A drug for diagnosing and remedying myasthenia gravis, having immunological activity similar to that of human acetylcholine receptor-alpha. PREPARATION:For example, chloromethylated styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer is reacted with a t-butoxycarbonylated amino acid, to give an amino acid ester in a solid phase. It is washed with methylene chloride, it is deprotected with 1wt% 1,2-ethanedithiol, washed, t-butoxycarbonylated amino acid is coupled in the presence of dicyclohexylcarbodiimide. These operations are repeated, to give the desired peptide. |
