摘要 |
PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a connecting cable for the purpose of transmitting and receiving signals and to improve mobility and frequency characteristic by providing a circuit which receives and transmits remotely a measuring signal and a control signal to a measuring part. CONSTITUTION:An image pikcup part forms the image for the boundary between the bright and dark part of a target 11 on a photocathode 13 of an image detector tube via a lens 12. The photoelectric image is multiplied in a multiplier part 15 via an aperture 4 and is formed on an anode 16. The displacement Y of the target 11 is compensated by the deflecting current supplied to a deflecting coil 17. When the target 1 is displaced, the output from a preamplifier 18 changes and the deflecting current is supplied to the coil 17 in such a way that the output change thereof is made zero by a deflecting circuit 19. The compensating current is inputted via a data detecting circuit 20 to a data processing circuit 21 by which the current is converted to the rate of the displacement. The rate of the displacement is transmitted from an antenna A via a data transmission and reception part 22 to a measuring control part. |
