PURPOSE:To improve reliability of an automatic monitor system by using a connecting means, which can be attached and detached by a manipulator, for data transfer between a data gathering running car and a fixed measurement control mechanism. CONSTITUTION:When a running car 19 which is provided in a mechanism 1 which gathers measured results of the running car reaches the front of a fixed measurement control mechanism 2, a camera 12 on the running car photographs a cross mark 8. Then, a manipulator 32 connects an interface mechanism (running car-side receptacle) 33 to an interface mechanism 31 in the side of the fixed measurement control mechanism 2. Next, the fixed measurement control mechanism 2 which receives a command through interface mechanisms 33 and 31 measures an object 23 to be measured with a sensor 22. This measurement result is transferred to the gathering mechanism 1 through interface mechanisms 31 and 33. Thus, the reliability of the automatic monitor system is improved. |
