PURPOSE:To equalize the voltage share of two high-voltage rectifying elements with simple construction by arranging the high-voltage rectifying element nearer to the ignition coil of an igniter at a predetermined distance and with the direction connecting both poles in parallel with the ignition coil. CONSTITUTION:Two NPN transistors 21, 22 are connected together in reverse directions via reverse voltage prevention rectifying elements 31, 32 on the primary side of an ignition coil 1, and ends of ignition plugs 41-44 correcponding to individual cylinders are connected to both ends of the secondary side via alternately reversed high-voltage rectifying elements 51, 52. In this case, out of the high-voltage rectifying elements 51, 52 connected to an ignition coil 11, the rectifying element 51 nearer to the coil 11 is arranged in parallel with the coil 11, and the other rectifying element 52 is arranged apart from the coil 11. Accordingly, electrostatic capacity 7 (71, 72) is generated between the rectifying element 51 and a lead wire 8 and the coil 1, and the effect of the stray capacity of the element on the ignition plug side can be mitigated. |
