The invention relates to the production of wall penetrations enabling pipes 3, 4, 5 to come out of a double partition 2, which pipes are running between the two walls 2a, 2b which make up this partition. On an outlet opening 6 made in the wall 2a there is placed a plate 1 which the pipes traverse via respective holes 10, each of them being of diameter distinctly greater than that of the corresponding pipe 3, 4, 5 and lined with a flexible seal 11 filling the space which thus appears around the pipe. The plate 1 is fixed to the wall 2a by means of members passing through the opening 6 and designed so as to allow a certain latitude in the positioning of the plate on the wall 2a. <IMAGE>
