Handling device for plastic injection moulding machines has a movable transport arm with an interchangeable grip element to insert and extract parts in/from the injection moulding machine. A coupling between arm and grip includes, apart from the interlock for this connection, all couplings required for the power and signal carrying elements. A carrier with the transport arm and grip element can be used to extract a moulding from the tool of the injection moulding machine and deposit it on the conveyor. To change the grip for one for another moulding, it is deposited in the magazine by releasing the coupling and replaced by another one.
