The invention relates to an arrangement for realising active flow diagrams by means of indicator lights. It is possible by means of such an arrangement to provide an operator element for remote-controlled actuators, which has small dimensions and can therefore be produced in a relatively cost-effective fashion. The operator element permits active flow diagrams to be configured in such a way that their size is determined by the recognisability on the part of the operator and not by the accumulative dimensions of a multiplicity of relatively large illuminated switches. The arrangement has, inter alia, in the flow diagram carrier (1), an indicator light, which is constructed as a light-emitting diode or incandescent lamp (4) and has a metallic housing (2), the metallic housing (2) being wired via a terminal (2a) to an input of the programmable control device (II), and it being possible to contact each metallic housing (2) on the flow diagram carrier (1) via a contact tip (6a) of a signalling pin (6), which tip is supplied with a voltage by means of a flexible lead (6b). <IMAGE>
