PURPOSE:To obtain a turning part of simple and compact structure by constructing turning part for forming a laser resonator of a metal box of plate shape, opening holes at the surfaces, and securing a discharge tube, a cover and a mirror holder thereat. CONSTITUTION:A turning part for constructing a laser resonator is formed of a metallic block 8 of metal box, and two holes 9, 10 are opened at the wall of the wide area. Then, a laser discharge tube 1 having electrodes 6 at the end is inserted into the hole 9, fixed with an electrode holder block 3 through an electrode holder 4, a discharge tube 2 having electrodes 7 at the ends is inserted similarly to the hole 10, and secured with the same block 3 through the electrode holder 5. Holes 14, 15 are also opened at the opposed walls of wide area, mirror holders 17, 16 having turning mirrors 18, 19 are inserted into the inner ends. Further, holes 13 opposed to the wall of narrow area is opened, and covers 11, 12 are engaged with the holes. |
