PURPOSE:To enable to switch from a commercial power source to a current type inverter by an inexpensive current type inverter by detecting the current phase by a transformer and a current transformer. CONSTITUTION:Voltage amount and voltage phase are detected by a transformer 41, current amount is detected by a current transformer 42 and a holding circuit 43, a current phase is calculated from a voltage phase and a current amount by a current phase calculator 44, and a signal is outputted to a phase comparator 35. An operation signal RUN is inputted to the circuit 43, and while the signal RUN is not inputted, the output signal of the circuit 43 is outputted simultaneously with the same value as the input signal, but when the signal RUN is inputted, the output signal at that time remains being held in that state. |
