摘要 |
<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture an extractant having high extractability for metallic ions even in high-concn. mineral acids by allowing secondary amine shown by the specified formula to react with formaldehyde and phosphorous acid in the presence of a mineral acid. CONSTITUTION:The secondary amine shown by formula I (di-n-octyl amine, etc.) and phosphorous acid (triethyl phosphite, etc.) in a specified molecular ratio are dispersed in an about 4-8-normal sulfuric or hydrochloric acid soln., and the temp. of the liquid is kept at about 90-100 deg.C. Then the specified amt. of formaline is slowly dropped while stirring, and the liquid is allowed to react for about 2-20hr while stirring by keeping the temp. at about 95-100 deg.C to form the metallic ion extractant shown by formula II. The charge ratio of the raw material is preferably regulated to 1:(1.2-1.4):(2.0-2.4) of secondary amine:phosphorous acid:formaldehyde. The metallic ion extractant usable even in >= about 1-normal high-concn. mineral acid can be manufactured in this way.</p> |
