PURPOSE:To effectively utilize a thin steel plate by punching a blank for a balance weight from a thin steel plate surrounded by the outer periphery of a rotor yoke core blank and the inner periphery of a stator core blank. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 6a, a rod-shaped penetrating member 11a and a balance weight clamping hole 13 are first punched from a thin steel strip 15 position via a pilot hole 14, a stator slot 10 is then punched, the outer periphery of a rotor yoke core blank is then punched, and a rotor yoke core blank 3a is then removed. Then, a blank 12a for a balance weight is punched, and removed. Further, the inner periphery of the stator core blank is punched to remove scraps 16, 17, and the outer periphery of the stator core blank is eventually punched to remove a stator core blank 9a. A plurality of blanks 12a are laminated to construct a balance weight. |
