The percussive screwdriver comprises a casing (1) in which is arranged a drive shaft (2). The flyweight is connected to the drive shaft. A percussive screwdriver (8) with an impact boss (9) is arranged in a manner which allows it to be rotated jointly with the flyweight and displaced axially relative to the latter. There is a spindle (5) with an impact boss (6) which is mounted coaxially with the drive shaft in the casing and has a portion (7) for pushing on a screwing head. An intermediate shaft (14) with a flange (16) has at least one cam surface (20) and is connected to the spindle so as to rotate jointly with it. At least one rolling element (22) is arranged between the front faces (17) of the flange and of the impact element for periodic interaction with the cam surface of the flange. According to the invention, the impact element has radial grooves (21), in which the rolling elements (22) are accommodated, while the flange has an annular recess into which the rolling elements partially extend and which has an inclined side wall (18) which is connected to the peripheral front face (19) of the flange (16), which face faces the impact element (8). The cam surfaces are on the peripheral front face of the flange.
