A sports and games appliance, especially for the disabled, comprises a rolling cage in the interior of which there is a frame comprising a seat, the frame being guided with rolling elements along the inner periphery of the rolling cage. A drive device which can be driven with muscle force and is in operative connection with the rolling cage is located in the frame.
