<p>PURPOSE:To improve drastically reduction ratio of NOX, by forming reducible combustion region so as to surround the combustion region of high temperature. CONSTITUTION:Fuel G is injected, fuel 9 out of gas injected through a fuel injection pipe 4 injected to a center axis 30 side of a burner is induced by a vortex flow of primary air A1 formed on a flame holding plate 8 arranged on an opening part of a primary air injection pipe 3 and a high temperature is generated in the vicinity of the primary air injection pipe 3. On the one hand, combustion exhaust gas 6 is supplied as inactive gas to fuel 11 injected in a state facing outward so as to diffuse within a furnace from a different nozzle part. Combustion by the combustion gas 6 is not done, the fuel 11 is decomposed by heat of a flame and heat of the inside of a furnace through the fuel 9 and turned into gas of a high temperature which is strong in reducibility. The gas of the high temperature mixes with gas containing NOX generated through combustion of the fuel 9, gaseous phase reduction of the NOX is carried out and combustion of unburnt amount of the gas is performed through supply of secondary air A2. Reduction ratio of the NOX is improved drastically in this manner.</p> |
