PURPOSE:To decrease the power consumption by eliminating the need for an inverter for correcting low level of a Schmitt trigger circuit so as to simplify the circuit constitution. CONSTITUTION:A drain of a non-doped type IGFETQ12 of the Schmitt trigger circuit is connected to one end of a power supply VDD and an input terminal 1 is connected to a gate of the FETQ12. Moreover, an input point 11 of an inverter 10 is connected to a source of the FETQ12 and also one end of a constant current circuit comprising a depletion IGTO11 is connected to the source of the FETQ12 and the other end of the constant current circuit is grounded. Furthermore, a drain of an enhancement IGFETQ13 is connected to the source of the FETQ12, the source of the FETQ13 is grounded and an output of the inverter 10 is connected to the gate. Then an inverter for correcting low level is eliminated so as to simplify the circuit constitution thereby decreasing the power consumption. |
